These terms govern your use of this website. Separate written agreements govern any paid services purchased from Signature Book Studio. If a service agreement conflicts with these website terms, the service agreement controls for that engagement.

Content is provided for general informational and marketing purposes. A website inquiry does not create a client relationship or guarantee that a project will be accepted. Scope, deliverables, timing, fees and rights must be confirmed in writing.

No outcome guarantees

Publishing and marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee sales, royalties, rankings, reviews, retailer acceptance or bestseller status. Any examples or projections are illustrative only.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and only submit material you own or are authorized to use. You are responsible for reviewing and approving project materials, factual claims and final files in accordance with the applicable service agreement.

Intellectual property

The website design, branding and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Client manuscript ownership, licensed materials and ownership of commissioned deliverables are addressed in the relevant written service agreement.

Third-party platforms

Retailers, distributors, payment processors and other third parties have independent rules, review processes and fees. References to third-party brands do not imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content or use automated means that impose an unreasonable burden on the service.
