Refund Policy

Because publishing projects involve reserved professional time and customized creative work, refund eligibility depends on the written agreement, work completed and costs already incurred for your project.

Before work begins

If you request cancellation before work starts, any refund or administrative deduction will be handled according to your signed proposal, order form or service agreement.

After work begins

Completed milestones, delivered work, reserved resources and non-refundable third-party charges are generally not refundable. If an approved refund applies, it will be calculated after deducting the value of completed work and any committed external costs.

Revision and issue resolution

If you believe a deliverable does not match the agreed scope, notify your project contact promptly and provide specific details. Where appropriate, we will review the issue and use the revision process stated in your agreement.

Third-party charges

Retailer, distribution, printing, advertising, registration and other external fees are governed by the relevant third party and may be non-refundable.

Requesting a review

Send refund or cancellation requests to info@signaturebookstudio.com with your name, project reference and reason for the request. The signed service agreement remains the controlling document.
